Light weight Adventure "The Honda CB400X"

Honda has unveiled the lightweight adventure from its stable, the updated CB400X.

The bike is an updated version of the CB400X available in markets abroad. The streamlined bike is now powered by a 399cc DOHC liquid-cooled, in-line-two powerplant that churns out 45hp and 38Nm of torque, matched to a six-speed manual gearbox.


The bike boasts full LED lights, two-step adjustable windscreen set high that will definitely be a boon, seven-spoke wheels, fully digital instrument panel, and suspension. Other features that are standard include the Dual channel ABS, adjustable levers, a dual exhaust and a slipper clutch.


The new bike comes in two new color options: Matte Ballistic Black Metallic and Pearl Glare White. The latter has gray camouflage-like decals on the side of the front cowl leading to the tank cover, highlighted with stylish red stripes. The slim tail light section gives the bike an edge all the while maintaining the adventure look at the front.


The bike is currently launched in Japan and will be available there. The firm is yet to open up whether the bike will go out in the market to other countries. The bike will lock horns with the likes of the KTM 390 Adventure and RE Himalayan, If it ever makes to the Indian Market.
