The upcoming Triumph Street 400 roadster will offer a street-focused riding experience, featuring 17-inch wheels with road-oriented tires. In contrast, the Triumph Street Scrambler 400 will exhibit greater versatility, equipped with a 19/17-inch wheel setup and dual-purpose tires. Both motorcycles will feature USD forks in the front and a preload adjustable mono-shock in the rear, ensuring superior suspension performance.

Engine Specifications

Powered by an all-new 400cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, both motorcycles are set to deliver an impressive performance. Although the official power figures are yet to be revealed, these motorcycles will be engineered to offer ample low-end and mid-range torque, embodying the characteristics of a long-stroke engine. Coupled with a six-speed gearbox, these Triumph bikes are designed to deliver an exhilarating riding experience.

Features

The Triumph Street 400 and Street Scrambler 400 are expected to offer a range of modern features. LED lighting, a fully digital instrument cluster, and dual-channel ABS are likely to be standard across both models. Additional features may include ride-by-wire throttle and a slipper clutch. While smartphone connectivity and navigation features are not confirmed, they could be potential offerings from Triumph.

Launch Date and Competition

Pricing for the upcoming Triumph motorcycles is projected to be under Rs. 3 lakh (ex-showroom). Once released, the Triumph Street 400 roadster will compete with the likes of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Honda H'ness CB350. On the other hand, the Triumph Street Scrambler 400 will rival the Royal Enfield Scram 411 and the Yezdi Scrambler.
