Stylish Updates to the 2023 Triumph Street Triple 765
The 2023 Street Triple 765 boasts a sharper design for its twin-pod LED headlight, taking inspiration from Triumph's flagship roadster model, the Speed Triple 1200 RS. The bodywork of the 2023 Street Triple 765 showcases an aggressive design, featuring a 15-litre fuel tank, a gullwing swingarm, and radiator cowls.
The RS variant offers additional styling enhancements, including a body-colored belly pan, a pillion seat cowl with an interchangeable pillion seat, and a lower chain guard. In India, the Street Triple 765 R comes in two color options—Silver Ice and Crystal White—while the Street Triple 765 RS is available in three paint themes—Silver Ice, Carnival Red, and Cosmic Yellow.
Enhanced Performance Specifications
The 2023 Street Triple 765 range retains its predecessor's 765cc, inline-three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. However, Triumph has increased the power output for this model. The Street Triple 765 R generates a maximum output of 118.4bhp at 11,500rpm and a peak torque of 80Nm at 9,500rpm. On the other hand, the performance-focused RS version pushes the limits even further, producing a maximum output of 128.2bhp at 12,000rpm and a peak torque of 80Nm at 9,500rpm from the same engine.
Impressive Electronics Package
The 2023 Street Triple range comes loaded with advanced features. Full-LED lighting, cornering ABS, a lean-sensitive traction control system, a linked braking system, and wheelie control are included across all variants. The RS variant offers even more, with a lap timer, cruise control system, five-inch TFT display, Bluetooth module, and an additional ride mode (Road, Rain, Sport, Track, and Rider). The R variant, on the other hand, features four ride modes (Road, Rain, Sport, and Rider) and utilizes an LCD with a TFT display.
High-Quality Hardware
The Street Triple 765 RS comes equipped with high-spec braking and suspension components. It features Showa-sourced 41mm upside-down Big Piston Forks (BPF) at the front and an Ohlins STX40 piggyback reservoir monoshock at the rear. The braking hardware consists of twin 310mm floating discs with Brembo Stylema four-piston radial monobloc calipers at the front and a
220mm rear disc. The base model, Street Triple 765 R, utilizes Showa 41mm separate function forks at the front and a Showa piggyback reservoir mono-shock at the rear. Its braking setup includes twin 310mm front discs with Brembo M4.32 four-piston radial calipers and a 220mm rear disc.
