Recently launched Triumph Tiger 900 has come into the market with a big bang. Giving the shivers to all the competitors like the Honda Africa Twin, BMW F 850 GS.
Launched in the market, just post lock down, is a bright light to look at during this pandemic, but does the Tiger have it all under control? A big question to ask and tell. We put the numbers in as under
Clearly the new Tiger in town reads to be far more comfortable to ride, being the lightest of them all and having the smallest wheel base makes it more flickable. Although if we have to compare the power capabilities of the bikes, the Tiger does not fare that well and looks like it has been a hard diet. This race is taken away by the Ducati and BMW which carry a larger to life punch, but not denying the fact that Tiger power is much more linear due to an extra cylinder in the engine.
The book numbers can shout out many things but the actual connect is only felt when you compare the actual ride of these adventurers. We shall surely keep you updated on how these slimmed down mammoths feel post riding them.
