2021 Honda CBR600RR - official unveil on 21st August

The big red wing has given a teaser for the world into its vision of the 2021 CBR600RR, "although the teaser itself feels like an unveil". The bike is, no doubt, a stunner from every angle, much expected from Honda, the built, looks, sheen is just breathtaking and we can't really admire more.

The company was keen to bring the new edition of the 600RR but has now managed to bring this iteration for the europe and other market, "yes it might not land into India", as the bike is Euro 4 compliant and will not adhere to the Euro 5 or BS6 norms currently prevalent which will probably be taken over by the highly rumoured "600RR-R". So, why bring a bike that stands a lesser chance in global market?

Well the company had to sustain the 600cc category for the moment, until it can take its sheets off the 600RR-R, and had this under its bag to reveal by cleaning up the present CBR600RR and bringing with mods on the looks and taking up design cues from the elder sibling the CBR1000RR-R, like the winglets and the instrument cluster which also has the same 15,000 redline. Also the switch pods are quite similar to the elder sibling, other than the above mentioned rest seem to be the same as the current CBR600RR.

Seeing the beautiful "CBR1000RR" derived TFT screen the Modes are clearly visible that should comprise the bike to include an inertial measurement unit, that will be tied to P (power). T(traction), W(wheelie control), and EB(engine-braking) settings among other features like the side stand indicator. The bike will definitely be charged with its own Honda HSTC traction control system, cornering ABS, quick-shifter and auto-blipper, etc.

We really cannot comment on the power figures and other specs, but keeping in mind the Euro 4 emissions with the purportedly same engine "as the rumours say" the bike might be keeping the power and torque same as its predecessor. The official details will definitely open up on its official unveil on the 21st of this month.
