2021 Honda CB650R unveiled

The latest iteration of the CB650R is here and we tell you what's new.

The new CB650R is obviously as we know the upgrade from the CB650F and has the same 649cc inline four engine that now has been tuned for better performance, given a new cam and some tweaks that has taken the power up to 93.70hp @12,000rpm and a peak torque of 64Nm @8,400rpm.

The bike gets a new display that has been updated to give a better daylight view. Not only has the display being changed the lights have now been replaced by all LED upfront and back including the indicators to help with power consumption and let the battery save some juice for the phone charger under the seat.

Also the bike has new 41mm Showa USD separate function forks that will help the bike give better stability and help with the overall riding experience that people would admire.

We don't know when or even whether the bike would make to India. If it does land here the bike would be in the price bracket of 7.5 to 8.5 lakhs keeping to Honda's stature. The bike will lock horns withe the likes of Kawasaki Z900 and the Triumph Street Triple.
